SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Fuels taxes; refunds. Provides a refund equal to 55 percent of the state fuels tax paid for vehicles designed or permanently adapted exclusively for bulk spreading or spraying of agricultural liming materials, chemicals, or fertilizer. The bill will be effective January 1, 2006.
