SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Arbor Day. Changes the day that Virginia celebrates Arbor Day from the second Friday in April to the last Friday in April. This change brings Virginia's day into conformity with the day of the federally designated Arbor Day. The bill contains an emergency clause.
