SB 745 License plates, special; issuance of those bearing legend: CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Special license plates; children with special needs; fees.  Reauthorizes the issuance of revenue-sharing special license plates bearing the legend: CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. The annual surcharge for these plates would be $25, instead of the standard $10 for most other nonrevenue sharing special license plates. For each set of plates issued (after the first 1,000 sets), $15 will go to Snap4kids to support its programs and activities in Virginia.  This bill has been Incorporated into SB 884.
