SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Executive Secretary to the Supreme Court of Virginia; qualifications. Removes the requirement that the executive secretary meet the qualifications of a judge of a court of record and allows, instead, the justices of the Supreme Court to prescribe any qualifications.
