SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

College of William and Mary; rector.  Extends the term of the current rector of the College of William and Mary for one year, to June 30, 2006. The measure also authorizes the expansion of the 17-member board to 18 members from July 1, 2005, to June 30, 2006.  Finally, the measure deletes obsolete language.
