SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Solid waste disposal fees.  Adds Northampton County to those counties authorized to levy a fee for the disposal of solid waste. Also, costs incurred by counties in operating convenience centers, contracting for hauling costs, and landfill tipping fees are added to the expenses for which a county may charge the fee.
