SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Housing Authorities Law; exercise of eminent domain to acquire blighted commercial properties. Authorizes housing authorities to acquire blighted commercial and industrial properties through the power of exercise of eminent domain. Currently, housing authorities may exercise such power for single- or multifamily dwelling units or structures.
