SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Virginia Recreational Facilities Authority; membership of the board of directors. Increases the membership of the board of directors of the Virginia Recreational Facilities Authority from 13 to 18. Of the five new members, three are appointed by the Speaker of the House and two by the Senate Committee on Rules.
