SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Speed limit on U.S. Routes 29 and 460.  Provides that the maximum speed limit will be 60 miles per hour where indicated by lawfully placed signs, erected subsequent to a traffic engineering study, on U.S. Routes 29 and 460 where they are nonlimited access, multilane, divided highways.
