SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Department of Criminal Justice Services; Forensic Science Advisory Board. Creates the Forensic Science Advisory Board to advise and assist the Department of Criminal Justice Services, the Criminal Justice Services Board and the Division of Forensic Science on matters related to the policies, procedures, and administration of the Division's laboratories, including forensic laboratory services research, and scientific investigations. The bill provides for the composition of the Advisory Board and sets the terms of office and compensation for the members.
