SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Airport noise zones.  Provides that any locality in whose jurisdiction a United States Master Jet Base is located or any adjacent locality may adopt and enforce building regulations relating to the provision or installation of acoustical treatment measures applicable to certain nonresidential buildings and structures.
