SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Elementary schools; physical education. Provides that physical education in elementary schools shall include activities such as, but not limited to, cardio-vascular, muscle building, or stretching exercises, as appropriate.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Elementary schools. Requires physical education instruction to include 30 minutes daily of cardio-vascular, muscle building, and stretching exercises utilizing existing school personnel.
