SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Health records privacy; minors' records.  Revises certain provisions relating to minors' health records to provide a measure of consistency with the federal regulations that were promulgated by the federal Secretary of Health and Human Services pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act concerning access to and authority to disclose protected health information.  This bill is identical to HB 2516.
