SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Fairfax County referendum; Dulles Corridor Rapid Transit Project. Provides for a binding referendum at the November 2005 election in Fairfax County on the question: "Shall the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors be prohibited from committing or appropriating County revenues and funds to the Dulles Corridor Rapid Transit Project?" If a majority of the voters vote yes, the Board will be prohibited from committing or appropriating county revenues to the Project beyond amounts legally committed prior to the effective date of the act.
