SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Motor medics pilot program.  Creates a motor medics pilot program in the South Hampton Roads area. The program shall implement the use of motorcycles as a type of emergency medical services vehicle with the objective of reducing response time of emergency medical services personnel to emergencies.
