Resolution; High deductible health insurance plans and quality initiatives. Requests the Medical Society of Virginia, Virginia Association of Health Plans, Virginia Hospital and Healthcare Association, Board of Medicine, and Department of Health to meet and report concerning educational initiatives regarding high-deductible health insurance plans during the summer and fall of 2005.
