SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Encourage local governments to enhance disability access to public areas. Encourages local governments in the Commonwealth to enhance disability access in public buildings, facilities, and spaces by establishing teams of persons with disabilities qualified to provide advice and technical consultation on improving access to public areas.
