SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Study; costs of college textbooks and textbook purchasing practices of public institutions of higher education; report.  Requests the State Council of Higher Education to study the rising costs of college textbooks and textbook purchasing practices of public institutions of higher education in the Commonwealth.

The State Council for Higher Education must submit its executive summary and report of its findings and recommendations to the 2006 Regular Session of the General Assembly.
