SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Study; eliminate/consolidate taxes and fees which are inefficient to collect; report. Establishes a joint committee to study the taxes, assessments, and fees imposed by the Commonwealth that generate little revenue. The joint subcommittee is charged with examining if administrative costs can be reduced if smaller taxes and fees are consolidated into larger ones which can be collected more efficiently.
