Requests the Virginia Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Program, with the assistance of the State Corporation Commission, the Office of the Attorney General, the State Workers' Compensation Commission, and other state agencies to develop recommendations for adequately funding the Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Fund.
