Study; exploring offshore natural gas; report.  Requests the Secretary of Commerce and Trade to study the possibility of exploring for natural gas in coastal areas of the Commonwealth. The Secretary shall include recommended legislation that could permit drilling for natural gas off the Commonwealth's coast.
