SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Assistance for certain voters at polls.  Requires that the person assisting a blind person to vote sign the request just as is currently required of a person assisting any other voter who requests assistance by reason of physical disability or inability to read or write. A person assisting a blind voter currently must provide his name and address but is not actually required to sign the statement.
