SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

House of Delegates districts; composition.  Adjusts the House of Delegates line between the Thirtieth and Fifty-eighth Districts through Orange County in order to eliminate two split precincts. The adjustment leaves the population deviations of the districts at -2.1 percent and -1.2 percent, respectively.
