SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA); electronic meetings. Allows local public bodies to conduct meetings under FOIA through electronic communication means (telephone or audio/visual). Currently, only state public bodies may conduct meetings in this manner. The bill contains technical amendments.
