SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Shooting of arrows in populated areas. Adds the outdoor shooting of arrows from bows to existing provisions that allow counties to prohibit the shooting of firearms in heavily populated areas. Bows intended to be used as toys are excluded from the provisions.
