SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Campaign finance disclosure; special reports of certain large contributions received by incumbent governing body members. Changes the deadline for filing the required reports to the end of the fifteenth, rather than fifth, day following receipt of the contribution. The bill also clarifies rules applicable to reporting aggregations of contributions.
