SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Public libraries; state grants to improve standards. Provides that state aid to libraries or systems serving a population in excess of 600,000 shall receive $0.30 per capita. Currently, this amount is set at $0.10. The bill also contains technical amendments.
