SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Truck parking.  Authorizes Fairfax County and the towns within its boundaries to limit the parking of trucks with gross vehicle weight ratings between 8,000 and 12,000 pounds to one such vehicle per dwelling, provided that such vehicle is registered to an address on a street located within the residential district.
