Driver's license reinstatement fees. Imposes an additional $40 fee for reinstatement of suspended or revoked driver's licenses. Proceeds of this additional fee are to be paid into the Trauma Center Fund for the purpose of defraying the costs of providing emergency medical care to victims of automobile accidents attributable to alcohol or drug use.
