SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Elections; officers of elections; oaths. Gives the local electoral board discretion to appoint officers of election for a term not to exceed three years. Authorizes members of the electoral board and registrars to administer the oath of office to officers of election. This bill is identical to HB 2376.
