SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Criminal procedure; Central Criminal Records Exchange. Requires, as of January 1, 2006, the law-enforcement agency making a report to the Exchange to include within its report, along with the fingerprints, a photograph of the individual arrested. The State Police and local law enforcement are required to establish written procedures for conducting in-person and photographic lineups. This bill is identical to SB 1164.
