SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Claims; Robert and Barbara Morrison.  Provides relief in the amount of $498,550 to Robert and Barbara Morrison to repair the septic system servicing their home and to reimburse them for costs they have incurred since the system failed. The Virginia Health Department initially approved the location and final installation of the septic system but, within one year, revoked the approval citing, among other things, inaccuracy of the site and soil test used by the Department.
