SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Penalties for manufacture and sale of methamphetamine. Halves the amounts of methamphetamine involved in manufacture or sale thereof required for the application of criminal penalties and halves the amount of money received in the sale of methamphetamine required for application of criminal penalties.
