SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Vehicle sound systems; penalty. Prohibits use of vehicle sound amplification systems that can be heard 50 feet or more from the vehicle. First-time violations are punishable by a fine of $100 and subsequent violations within 12 months are punishable by a fine of $100 and suspension of the driver's license for 6 months.
