SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Condominium and Property Owners' Association Acts; charges for disclosure packets.  Provides that no unit owners' association or property owners' association shall require reimbursement of any costs or charge any other fee in the preparation or issuance of disclosure packets or making such information available by electronic means except as expressly provided in law. The bill contains technical amendments.

Condominium and Property Owners' Association Acts; charges for disclosure packets.  Provides that no unit owners' association or property owners' association shall require reimbursement of any costs not expressly authorized in law or charge any other fee except as expressly provided in law for providing the required disclosure packets. The bill contains technical amendments.
