SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Comprehensive plan; accessible housing. Adds provisions regarding the elderly, persons with disabilities, age-restricted housing, nursing homes and assisted living facilities to the statutory guidelines for local comprehensive plans. The bill provides that localities shall implement these provisions by July 1, 2008. This bill is identical to SB 1238.
