SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Community development authorities.  Removes population and tract size limitations for counties that want to establish a community development authority. No such limitations currently exist for cities and towns. Also, authorities are given powers related to the financing and funding of land acquisition.
