SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Unemployment compensation; misconduct; chronic absenteeism. Provides that chronic absenteeism or tardiness in deliberate violation of a known policy of the employer, or unapproved absence following written reprimand or warning, is misconduct that may result in disqualification for unemployment compensation benefits.
