SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Seizure and forfeiture of motor vehicle for felonious eluding of police. Provides that the motor vehicle of a person who commits a felony violation of eluding a law-enforcement officer shall be immobilized and thereafter seized for forfeiture.
