SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Designation of private roads as highways for law-enforcement purposes. Allows local governing bodies to designate the private roads within any residential development containing 50 or more lots as highways for law-enforcement purposes. Present law allows this only for developments with 100 or more lots.
