SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Home care organizations. Establishes minimum qualifications for home attendants performing home health, pharmaceutical, or personal care services for licensed home care organizations. The bill also prohibits the Board of Health from imposing geographic limitations on the service delivery area for home care organizations.
