SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Children's health insurance through employer-sponsored health insurance programs. Removes the requirement that the Family Access to Medical Insurance Security Plan provide wraparound benefits through supplemental insurance when benefits equivalent to the Virginia Medicaid program are not included in the employer-sponsored health insurance benefit plan.
