SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Special license plates promoting lung cancer research and awareness; fees.  Authorizes the issuance of revenue-sharing special license plates promoting lung cancer research and awareness. The annual surcharge for these plates would be $25, instead of the standard $10 for most other nonrevenue-sharing special license plates. For each set of plates issued (after the first 1,000 sets), $15 will go to the American Lung Association of Virginia to support lung cancer research, awareness, and prevention.  This bill has been incorporated into HB 1501.
