SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Condominium and Property Owners' Association Acts; increase in regular assessments; notice.  Requires a condominium or property owners' association to give notice to the owners in the association of an increase in a regular assessment and provides a mechanism for the owners to reduce or rescind the increase. Currently, notice and the opportunity to reduce or rescind is required only for special assessments.
