SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Involuntary wounding; penalty. Provides that any person who, by negligence so gross, wanton, reckless, or culpable as to show a callous disregard of human health or safety, causes serious bodily injury to another, is guilty of a Class 5 felony.
