SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Mopeds, etc.  Amends the definition of "moped" to include devices powered by electric motors and allows local governments in the Northern Virginia Planning District enhanced power to regulate or prohibit operation of mopeds, electric power-assisted bicycles, trail-bikes, mini-bikes, and go-carts.
