SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Additional fees in certain courts.  Requires the additional fees currently collected on civil case filings to be deposited into the criminal fund for disbursement for criminal indigent defense. The additional fees currently go to Legal Aid through the Virginia State Bar.
