SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Safety inspection; fees.  Increases motorcycle fee from $5 to $12, with $10 going to inspection stations, $1.50 going into the Motorcycle Rider Safety Training Fund, and $.50 going to the State Police to administer the safety inspection program.  This bill becomes effective January 1, 2006.
