SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Codes of student conduct; bullying, harassment, and intimidation.  Adds bullying, harassment, and intimidation to the list of behavior that must be addressed in the Board of Education's model code of student conduct and in school divisions' required student conduct codes.  This bill was incorporated into HB 2266.
