Boards of zoning appeals. Rewrites the criteria for instances in which the zoning administrator may grant a modification, currently referred to as a variance, from the zoning ordinance by including requirements related to the size, height, location or features of any building on the parcel of land.

Boards of zoning appeals. Rewrites the criteria for instances in which the boards of zoning appeals may grant a variance to the zoning ordinance by changing the requirement of an "undue hardship" to a "clearly demonstrable" hardship.
